05 Knowing you is knowing the others
I wrote that we have to be kind to everybody the last blog. It’s difficult, isn’t it? In my experience, it is difficult. At least, it is tough to continue. I can keep when I am aware of it, but it is forgotten when my mind is busy with my ego.
If you are like me, then, let’s try to be kind to yourself first. We are connected through space. We are influencing each other. So being kind to you is also a good start to being kind to the others.
What is the being kind to you? I don’t mean spoiling yourself. As you can guess, it is not buying expensive clothes or going on vacation to paradise.
I mean relaxing. It is free, and everybody can do that. You will be surprised if you know most of the people do not know how to relax. Not relaxing will cause too much stress. It may cause illness. Please check your neck and shoulder. If they have stiffness, you just need to relax the area to make them synchronize with the whole body.
If you want to relax more, here is an easy way. Go to a room where you can be alone for a while and sit on a chair. Straighten your spine and neck naturally. Focus on your top of the head and relax the part. It is just like bright sunlight above you shines your body. Continue to relax to head, neck, shoulder, until toes. Repeat three times. It will take 10 – 15 minutes.
You will feel good first. Each separated body part becomes one body. You feel your body starts to synchronize. Your heart beats softly and regularly. Then stand up and walk. You will feel a difference. Continue every day as much as you can, at least in the morning after you wake up and evening before you sleep.
I am sure it works for you because it has worked for everybody. We are all the same at this point. Then, here is an idea to be kind to others. You can give the same relaxation to others. For example, If I am irritated, people around me cannot feel being relaxed. So, I need to start relaxing first. Then, people will be relaxed naturally. You start first then, people will follow you.
My favorite healer is a meditator who relax all the time. He just sits and doing nothing special, but his relaxed figure makes you relaxed. The infinite number of body parts became one harmonious body. And then, one body joins the other relaxed bodies. It continues so. In the end, there is nothing there but one unity. That is peace.
