08 We are the empty space
In a physics class, we learn that Atom is 99.999999999… empty space. And everything including our body is made of the atom. We are mostly empty space. That is what science found.
In daily life, our body seems to be solid. I can touch my keyboard which I am typing now. I will hit my head if I try to go to next room through walls. It’s difficult to imagine we are empty.
If you have a minute, here is an excellent video to explain this question. Famous professors explain clearly.
Summary of the Video
The atoms are empty but what’s filled with is electric fields. When the electrons come within a very small distance of each other, they begin to repel each other. And that’s why things appear to be solid when they are actually not.
We are the electromagnetic field. When I learned about this science, I was confused. Where is my mind? What is my identity? Where are you? How do we have the border between you and me in quantum level if we are one electromagnetic field?
I like to meditate on this subject. I still don’t know what the answers are, but I feel I become one with the answers by meditation. My electromagnetic field becomes much finer than the size of an atom, and it continues endlessly until I lost conscious.
Our brain creates the illusion that you and I exist in physical level. Not only human but everything such as mountains and oceans, they are all created by the mind although they are also empty space.
Every time I reconfirm this fact, I decide to work on my life purpose diligently. I become kind and compassionate to anything because we are one electromagnetic field interacting each other beyond space and time. It is beyond duality. It reconnects separated parts into one.
