09 Let us be the origin
Being kind is a good feeling. I feel like I am doing the right thing.
In Japan, we are taught not to bother people, what is more, even respect people or the chance to meet the people. We learn to care and cooperate each other. I mean not only people whom you know but also those whom you do not know such as pedestrians who pass by.
In Japan, selfishness will be accused severely. It was not easy to understand when I was young. But now I agree with it from the scientific point of view. As we are electromagnetic space, bothering the other is bothering you. We cannot cut the cause and effect cycle. If we pollute the earth, we poison ourselves. As a man sows, so shall he reap.
We are often short-sighted and almost never try to grasp the whole picture. We tend to keep the idea to live as “I” or ego. We hurt people easily, we damage nature thoughtlessly, and we even don’t care ourselves to protect our ego until we become sick.
I like to sit by gazing the sky. It reminds me that we live in the vast universe and reconnects me to my origin. We are all connected on the subatomic level through a quantum energy exchanges. If so, we are all the universe.
We just know the tip of the universe. In the same way, we just know the tip of our mind. Our mind is infinite like the universe. If we try to understand our mind, it’s too vast, and only we can do is that standing there in amazement. It may be impossible to understand the mind theoretically.
I am always a beginner student who is struggling with finding out the world. It seems I never understand the whole system. If we don’t understand the universe or mind, I think we should become the universe or the mind itself. I should say we should go back to the universe or the mind. Then, we are the universe. We are the mind. We just let ourselves go back to the original state of being naturally. Then, we can realize something. That is how I think.
