We usually focus on the outside of the world which we perceive using five senses such as sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch. We are always busy with reacting those incoming information through five senses. The thing is that our mind is not well trained how to respond to the information. For example, negative one comes in, and untrained mind will respond with anger or sadness. Positive one comes in, and mind reacts with happiness or excitement. If we let our untrained mind do whatever it wants according to external circumstances, we lose control of our life. You can guess who will take control you.
Through meditation, first, we observe how our mind works. You will find our mind has a program, which we call habits. The habits are an automatic program which decides our behaviors and actions.
In meditation, we can re-program the pattern of the habits to benefit you. If you can make a positive habit, you will make steady progress in your health, family, and the world. Then, we keep improving and training our mind which we will do in our private meditation course. You will find peace, joy, and happiness with a healthy body and mind.
