Cancellation

If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.

I do not charge you for the cancellation. However, if I judge there are multiple inadequate cancellations, future service may be denied.

Late Arrival

If you will be late, please contact me as soon as possible. I will inform you if I can provide you the service at your arrival time.

Your late arrival may require that I end your session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will be shorter if I have other people scheduled.

No Show

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo an appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show. If there is no reply to my follow-up email or SMS, future service is denied.
