All courses are private 2-hour classes(*1). Please choose your ideal date and time from the list below. I recommend choosing the dates to make it an almost weekly class to progress steadily (*2). If there is a question, please do not hesitate to contact me at ak@shizen.org (*3)

(*1) If you choose an intensive Sunday class, you will have 3 classes in total, and a class is 3 to 4 hours long. Please contact me for more details.
(*2) The purpose is to meet almost weekly or bi-weekly to learn efficiently.
(*3) If you live far away or difficult to arrange weekly visits, we can organize a special program, 3 days straight intensive course + 2 to 3 months of online support.
