The key to enjoy energy healing is relaxation and open mind. We will use a simple relaxation method, and I will guide you to a relaxed state. You will lie down on a healing table, but if you are not comfortable for some reason, you can sit on a flat chair too. Energy healing is hands-off (no touch).

During the session

Everybody feels the energy differently. A session will never be the same as before. Some may feel a flow in the body or outside of the body, and you will experience a new sensation. Some may start to experience vibration on your eyelids, lips, and mouthwatering.

Important things are to

  • relax
  • give yourself a permission to enjoy
  • be open to new experience
  • allow the energy to work on you

After care

You always experience a new sensation. You may feel lighter, protected, and energetic. You may be able to see problems that preoccupied your mind are now solvable. You will be resonating with higher vibration. Whatever it is, you want to continue the positive state as long as you can. The best is to learn a meditation or become a healer to heal yourself anytime, but here is the way to go if it is not the case.

Is Energy healing hands-off or hands-on?

Energy healing is hands-off. It means a healing practitioner does not put your hands on your body.

How often should I come for Energy Healing session?

It depends on your situation and goal. Please do not hesitate to contact me with your details.

It does not apply to everyone, but here is the general guideline.

Any healing methods will not solve a health issue with a single session. From my experience, it takes regular sessions to heal entirely and avoid the same issue in the future. 

  • If you have severe health complain, I recommend taking it a few times a week. 
  • If you are healthy and want to increase your potential energy, I recommend taking it 1 – 2 times a month. 

If you are ready to take regular reiki or energy healing sessions, I prepare a 20% discount program. Please choose “5 x Reiki Treatments 20% OFF” on the appointment page. 

Soon, you will know when you should take a healing session. This is an important skill to know your mind and body conditions, meaning you are consciously working with your body and mind. Until then, you may follow the guideline above.

I am worried if I feel the energy

Please do not worried about whether you feel the energy or not. I found that those people who practice meditation, Yoga, or Taiji will feel the energy better. They train their sense to feel the energy in their daily practice and choice of everyday foods.

Even if you do not feel the energy, the actual effect is the same. You may not feel the energy during a session, but you will recognize the improvement of your body and mind. By getting more energy healing sessions, you start to feel and enjoy the energy by training your sense.

What is the difference between Reiki and Energy healing?

I practice Reiki by following the traditional Reiki practice, which is transmitted only in Japan. On the other hand, I practice Energy healing by combining 4 different techniques that I learned in the USA, Europe, and Japan.

The difference is the history and philosophy behind the tradition and also the technique.

I feel a slight difference from the energy point of view, but the source of energy must be the same. We say that there are many rivers in the world, but all flow into one ocean.

General Questions

Is it easy to park a car near your practice?

Yes, there are always spaces on the streets near my practice for free. If you are not sure where to park, please do not hesitate to ask me when you arrive. 

What kind of clothes should I wear for a session?

Please bring or wear any comfortable loose fit clothes. Those clothes which tighten your body such as tight jeans are not recommended. 

What kind of payment options do you have?

There are 4 options.

  3. bank transfer – your bank may charge an additional fee to transfer
  4. Paypal – Paypal may charge an additional fee to transfer
